So carbohydrates are essential and necessary in any diet, along with proteins and fats that can be ingested through pasta, rice, cereals, legumes, vegetables and fries, however, they cannot be abused, especially sugars and Simple carbohydrates as they are a safe path for chronic diseases such as diabetes and obesity .

At this point it is important to reduce the consumption of carbohydrates, as they are blamed almost exclusively for being overweight or the extra pounds of an individual , however, these are not the only ones responsible, the ideal is always to practice healthy physical activities to help assimilate your consumption, since in addition to being good for health, it is also important that they are satisfactorily synthesized so that the circle closes in the most perfect and healthy way possible.

Care must also be taken, as many diets that aim to lose weight take carbohydrates out of the diet and this is not good, in fact, everything that is extreme is not good and, without a doubt, can lead to a serious health problem causing fatigue and other disorders.

Industrial uses of carbohydrates

Pectin and starch, other carbohydrates par excellence, are used as causative agents when preparing food for humans and animals.

Agar agar is a laxative compound used for thickening food and for bacterial cultivation.

Meanwhile, cellulose can become paper products and viscose rayon, hemicellulose is used to modify paper during its manufacture; heparin sulphate as a blood anticoagulant, among others.
